The Yealink MeetingBoard Pro is an all-in-one intelligent collaboration display designed for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and general meeting environments. It integrates a large 4K interactive touchscreen, advanced video conferencing system, built-in whiteboard capabilities, and AI-enhanced audio and video into a single device. Available in multiple sizes (typically 65", 75", and 86"), it is intended for small to large meeting rooms and open collaboration spaces.
At its core, the MeetingBoard Pro combines a triple 50MP camera system with wide-angle and telephoto lenses to deliver detailed, room-wide video coverage. AI features such as IntelliFocus, Auto Framing, Video Fence, and speaker tracking help keep meetings focused on active participants and reduce distractions. This makes it particularly effective in hybrid meetings where participant positioning and visibility are important.
Audio performance is equally central, with a 16-MEMS microphone array and powerful built-in speakers designed to cover medium and large rooms. AI noise reduction and full-duplex voice processing help maintain clear, natural conversations even in acoustically challenging environments.
Beyond conferencing, the MeetingBoard Pro includes a fully integrated digital whiteboard experience with real-time collaboration tools such as handwriting, diagramming, and content sharing. It also supports flexible deployment modes, including Android and Windows-based configurations, and can be managed centrally through Microsoft Teams and Yealink management platforms.
