Server Spec
Each 3CX PBX is provided via the 3CX Linux Version and powered by our VMware Hardware.
We do not oversubscribe VM’s and we only use Enterprise Hardware.

Recording and Voicemail – Every 60 seconds of recorded audio is approximately 1MB. Remember this into consideration when choosing hard disk size.

Our value packages provides you with Hosted 3CX at minimal costs.

Requirements/Limitations
  • IP phones must be configured behind a 3CX SBC. Consider using 3CX Apps instead for seamless remote working!
  • Support will not assist in cases where IP-Phones are connected via STUN to a hosted instance. All IP-Phones must be connected using the 3CX SBC

 

 

 

What we will support
  • Connectivity issues to/from the service (excluding STUN IP-Phones).
  • Issues relating to 3CX FQDNs, 3CX SMTP Service and 3CX WebMeeting
  • Investigate any crashes on the system.
  • On customer request, a restoration to a previous restore-point (backup).
  • Patch management.
  • OS management.

 

Packages are 12 month contract. SIP Trunk is included with all Packages.
