  • Supplied SIP Trunk includes the channel / line rental and 10 standard UK phone numbers.
  • Support is included Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, Standard support using non-custom templated phone templates and configurations.

Server Spec
Each 3CX PBX is provided via the 3CX Linux Version and powered by our VMware Hardware.
We do not oversubscribe VM’s and we only use Enterprise Hardware.

Recording and Voicemail – Every 60 seconds of recorded audio is approximately 1MB. Remember this into consideration when choosing hard disk size.

3CX software is licensed based on the simultaneous calls your business uses - you can add unlimited users. All features in your 3CX system are instantly available to all users!

The 3CX Small Business Phone System supports up to 20 extension.

Each customer is split up into their own virtual environment to keep configurations separate.

Please Note: This is not a Hosted by 3CX Service. It is actually hosted and supported by I.T Communications. Based on 3CX V20

This is a fully managed service, with no direct access to the admin console. Open Support tickets to request changes.

You will also need to purchase a SIP Trunk from I.T Communications for external calls.

Support (Optional)
While the support service we provide is optional which if taken, we will provide you with full support on the 3CX Phone System.

If however you wish to not take the support from us, then we will only provide basic support as below.

What we will support without our support service:

  • Issues deploying the service.
  • Connectivity issues to/from the service (excluding STUN IP-Phones).
  • Issues relating to 3CX FQDNs, 3CX SMTP Service and 3CX Video Conferencing.
  • Investigate any crashes on the system.
  • On customer request, a restoration to a previous restore-point (backup).
  • Patch management.
  • Requests to terminate a hosted instance.
  • OS management.

What we do not support without a support service:

  • General configuration of 3CX such as extensions and CRM integration.
  • Provisioning and operation of SIP Trunks, Unless its our Trunks.
  • Configuration and management of IP Phones.

 

 

Packages are 36 month contract.
All SIP Trunks are supplied with or without Inclusive Call Minutes and is based upon our low rate Gold Trariff
