Before You Book

We can only provide ad hoc support where the underlying installation follows supported 3CX deployment practices. All assistance is remote.

Support does not include

  • Unsupported SIP trunk providers
  • Unsupported SIP phones or endpoints
  • Installations that do not follow 3CX recommended deployment / best practices
  • Troubleshooting third-party equipment or services outside the 3CX environment
  • On-site engineering
  • Replacement or supply of faulty hardware

Hosted 3CX & phones at your premises

Where your PBX is hosted remotely or in the cloud, your premises-based SIP phones must connect using a supported architecture. This must normally be either:

  • A 3CX SBC (Session Border Controller), or
  • A site-to-site VPN between your network and the hosted 3CX environment.

We may advise that changes are required before troubleshooting can continue.

Engineering time is chargeable: this includes time spent identifying an unsupported or incorrectly configured deployment. Purchasing support does not guarantee every fault can be resolved within the time purchased.
