How charging works
Business calling is not one universal rate. The destination, your service package and the duration of the conversation all affect the final charge.
UK landline, mobile, non-geographic and international destinations sit within different tariff groups.
Your package may include an allowance for selected UK destinations before standard charges apply.
Chargeable calls are calculated using the billing increment and minimum charge applicable to that destination.

Selected services can include UK call allowances. We will assess normal and peak usage to help identify whether an allowance or pay-as-you-use model is the better fit.
Match an allowance to recurring landline and mobile usage.
Destinations outside the allowance remain charged at the applicable tariff.
We confirm the service, allowance scope and commercial terms clearly.
